中医辨证治疗慢性支气管炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中医辨证治疗慢性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的78例慢性支气管炎患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组39例,对照组采用西医治疗,观察组采用中医辨证治疗。结果观察组有效率为94.9%,高于对照组的87.2%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中医辨证疗法治疗慢性支气管炎临床效果显著,不良反应少。Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine to treat chronic bronchitis.Methods Selected 78 cases of chronic bronchitis patients in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each group had 39 cases,the control group were treated by western medicine treatment,the observation group were treated by syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment.Results The observation group effective rate was 94.9% higher than the control group 87.2%,compared two groups was statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Use of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation therapy to treat chronic bronchitis clinical effect is remarkable,less adverse reactions.
