高血压合并糖尿病临床护理干预疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析高血压合并糖尿病患者的临床护理干预治疗方式。方法选取2013年7月-2014年12月我院的45例高血压合并糖尿病患者进行分析,提供药物护理、心理护理、饮食护理、运动护理等内容,观察临床护理效果。结果护理干预前,总有效率为11.11%;经护理干预后,总有效率为97.77%;干预后总有效率高于干预前,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。且所有患者经护理干预后,心理焦虑程度均下降,对护理服务均表示满意。结论高血压合并糖尿病患者接受药物、心理、饮食、运动等护理之后,其心理状态比较稳定,治疗效率有所提升。Objective To study and analyze the clinical nursing intervention for hypertension patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods Selected 45 patients with hypertension combined with diabetes mellitus from July 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital,and the contents of drug nursing,psychological nursing,diet nursing,sports nursing were provided.Results The total effective rate was 11.11%,and the total effective rate was 97.77% after nursing intervention,and the total effective rate was higher than before nursing intervention,P〈0.05,was difference had statistically significant.And all patients were treated by nursing intervention,the degree of psychological anxiety was significantly decreased,the nursing service were satisfied.Conclusion Hypertension combined with diabetes in patients with diabetes,psychological,diet,exercise and other care,the mental state is relatively stable,the treatment efficiency is improved,clinical can be used to promote.
