探讨舒适护理在乳腺癌患者围手术期护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨在乳腺癌患者围手术期中舒适护理的应用效果。方法选取我院2014年7月-2015年10月收治的94例乳腺癌患者分为两组进行护理,比较两组患者焦虑、并发症、重度疼痛的发生率。结果实验组对护理的满意度高于对照组,重度疼痛、并发症、焦虑的发生率则低于对照组。结论对乳腺癌患者围手术期实施舒适护理可使患者在治疗的过程中感受到温暖,有效缓解焦虑情绪,减轻术后疼痛,提升护理质量和患者的满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of comfort nursing in perioperative period of patients with breast cancer.Methods Selected 94 cases with breast cancer treated from July 2014 to October 2015 in our hospital,which were divided into two groups of nursing,compared with patients with anxiety,complications,severe pain of two groups.Results The degree of satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than the control group,the incidence of severe pain,complications and anxiety was lower than the control group.Conclusion Comfort nursing in patients with breast cancer perioperative period can make patients feel warm in the process of treatment,effectively ease the anxiety of patients with breast cancer,reduce postoperative pain,and improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction.
