摘  要:目的研究分析使用优质护理管理后,护患关系改善情况,探讨该护理方式的应用价值。方法选取2014年7月-2015年7月我院60名护士进行研究分析,将护士分成对照组和观察组,各30名,对照组使用常规护理管理模式,观察组使用优质护理管理模式。结果对两组采取了不同的护理管理之后,观察组的护理人员的行为、护理基础、健康教育评分等高与对照组,护理人员的护理水平也有所提升,两组结果存在统计学差异性(P〈0.05),观察组患者对护理人员的满意度高于对照组患者对护理人员的满意度,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论优质护理管理模式能够让医护人员的护理质量提升,患者对护理人员的认可度比较高,护理满意度高,护理纠纷少,对护患关系改善有帮助。Objective To investigate the application value of nursing management,nursing care management,and to explore the application value of nursing care.Methods Selected 60 nurses from July 2014 to July 2015 in our hospital,which were divided into the control group and the observation group,each group had 30 cases,the control group adopt rounting nursing management mode,the observation group adopt the high quality nursing management mode.Results In the two groups take different nursing management,the observation group nurses behavior,basic nursing,health education score was higher than the control,nurses level of nursing staff has improved,the two sets of results exist significant difference(P〈0.05),and the observation group patients satisfaction of nursing staff to compared with the control group,patients satisfaction of nursing staff is high,the result is statistically difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing management mode can improve the quality of nursing care,patients with high degree of recognition of the nursing staff,nursing satisfaction,nursing disputes,the relationship between nurses and patients.
