摘 要:目的观察心痛泰对动脉粥样硬化兔血脂、载脂蛋白A、B及主动脉氧化型低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)和白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)的影响。方法 120只清洁级日本大耳白兔随机分为六组:空白组、模型组、心痛泰高剂量、中剂量和低剂量组、瑞舒伐他汀组,采用高脂喂养加免疫损伤造模,造模同时予以相应药物灌胃。60天后,采血测定血脂与载脂蛋白。取胸主动脉用免疫组织化学法测定ox-LDL、IL-1β。结果与模型组相比,心痛泰中剂量、高剂量组和瑞舒伐他汀组总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白B明显降低(P<0.01或P<0.05),载脂蛋白A和高密度脂蛋白明显升高(P<0.01或P<0.05),主动脉ox-LDL、IL-1β明显降低(P<0.01)。结论心痛泰能减轻动脉粥样硬化炎症反应,其作用机制可能是通过降低血脂、减少ox-LDL、IL-1β的表达减轻血管炎症,以达到抗动脉粥样硬化的目的。Aim To study the effects of Xin Tong-tai (XTY) on levels of serum lipid and apolipoprotein A, B and aortic oxidized low density lipoprotein (ox-LDL) and interleukin-1β (IL-1β) in rabbits with hyperlipidemia. Methods 120 clean grade healthy Japanese rabbits were randomly divided into control group, model group, low-dose XTT group, middle-dose XTI" group, high-dose XTT group and rosuvastatin group. All rabbits were sacrificed by high-fat diet and immunologic injury. The drug intervention groups were treated with the corresponding drugs for 60 days, serum lipid and apolipoprotein A, B were tested for determination. Ox-LDL and IL-1β were tested by immunohistochemistry. Results Compared with model group, XTT and rosuvastatin groups could decrease total cholesterol ( TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein (LDL) and apolipoprotein B, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0. 05). Compared with mode1 group, XTT and rosuvastatin groups could increase high density lipoprotein and apolipoprotein A, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0. 05). Compared with model group, the decrease of IL-1β and ox-LDL in the middle-dose XTT, high-dose XTT and rosuvastatin groups had statistically significant difference (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion The XTT can reduce inflammatory response of atherosclerosis, probably through lowering serum lipid and reducing inflammation.
