四肢皮肤软组织缺损感染患者应用封闭负压引流的研究

摘　　要：目的总结分析四肢皮肤软组织缺损感染患者的护理措施及其应用封闭负压引流（VSD）的护理经验,为临床护理提供参考。方法回顾性分析2014年4月-2015年5月20例四肢皮肤软组织缺损患者临床资料,应用VSD技术治疗四肢皮肤软组织缺损患者感染,并给予对应护理措施。结果 11例四肢皮肤软组织缺损患者创面感染时间发生在入院后4~6d,占55.00%;20例四肢皮肤软组织缺损患者创面共培养出病原菌22株,其中金黄色葡萄球菌检出8株占36.36%;应用VSD技术治疗20例四肢皮肤软组织缺损患者创面均愈合,治疗有效率为100.00%。结论四肢皮肤软组织缺损患者感染应用封闭负压引流前,应全面掌握护理要点,有针对性、重点性的护理是关键;负压封闭引流技术在控制感染方面效果显著,并且在减少患者换药次数的同时,也减轻了护士工作量,具有临床应用价值。OBJECTIVE To study nursing intervention of patients with limb skin soft tissue defect complicated by infections and nursing experience of use of vacuum sealing drainage in order to provide reference for clinical nursing.METHODS Clinical data of 20 patients with limb skin soft tissue defect who were treated from Apr.2014 to May 2015 were retrospectively reviewed and the vacuum sealing drainage was used to treat their infections and corresponding measures were given.RESULTS Wound infections occurred at 4-6 days after admission in 11（55.00%）cases of limb skin soft tissue defect.Totally 22 pathogenic strains were detected from the 20 cases of limb skin soft tissue defect,including 8 Staphylococcus aureus strains accounting for 36.36%.The effective rate of vacuum sealing drainage for treating wounds and infection was 100.00%.CONCLUSION The nurses should comprehensively grasp important nursing points before application of vacuum sealing drainage in treating infections in patients with limb skin soft tissue defect and the specific and intensive care was the key.The vacuum sealing drainage can benefit the control of infections and reduce the dressing frequency and the nursing workload,which is valuable for clinical application.
