摘  要:目的对多黏菌素B与重组人表皮生长因子联合治疗烧伤患者感染创面的临床效果进行评价,以指导临床诊疗。方法选取2014年1月-2015年6月就诊于医院烧伤科的50例深Ⅱ度烧伤患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各25例,观察组给予多黏菌素B与重组人表皮生长因子联合治疗,对照组给予重组人表皮生长因子治疗,对两组患者临床治疗效果进行比较,使用SPSS 17.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果观察组肉芽组织生长时间为(5.3±1.3)d,与对照组(6.9±1.7)d比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者瘢痕发生率为12.0%、对照组为16.0%,两组比较差异无统计学意义;观察组患者7、14、21d创面愈合率分别为44.0%、64.0%、92.0%,对照组分别为16.0%、32.0%、60.0%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者7、14、21d创面感染率分别为64.0%、52.0%、28.0%,对照组患者分别为88.0%、80.0%、68.0%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多黏菌素B与重组人表皮生长因子联合治疗烧伤患者感染创面具有预防感染、愈合快、瘢痕发生率低等优点,值得临床推广。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical effect of polymyxin B combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor on treatment of burn patients with wound infections so as to provide guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.METHODS A total of 50deepⅡ grade burn patients who were treated in the burn department from Jan 2014 to Jun 2015 were recruited as the study objects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 25 cases in each.The observation group was treated with polymyxin B combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor,while the control group was treated with recombinant human epidermal growth factor.The clinical therapeutic effects were observed and compared between the two groups of patients,and the statistical analysis of data was performed with the use of SPSS 17.0software.RESULTS The time of growth of granulation tissue of the observation group was(5.3±1.3)days,the control group(6.9±1.7)days,and there was significant difference(P〈0.05).The incidence of scar was 12.0% in the observation group,16.0%in the control group,and there was no significant difference.The wound healing rate of the observation group was 44.0% on day 7of treatment,the control group 16.0%;the wound healing rate of the observation group was 64.0% on day 14 of treatment,the control group 32.0%;the wound healing rate of the observation group was 92.0% on day 21 of treatment,the control group 60.0%,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.05).The incidence of wound infections was 64.0%in the observation group on day 7of treatment,88.0%in the control group;the incidence of wound infections was 52.0%in the observation group on day 14 of treatment,80.0%in the control group;the incidence of wound infections was 28.0%in the observation group on day 21 of treatment,68.0%in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.05).CONCLUSION The polymyxin B combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor has the
