品管圈对胸外科患者导管留置期间意外拔管与医院感染的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈对胸外科患者导管留置期间意外拔管发生率与医院内不良事件的发生率。方法选择2013年2月-2015年2月在胸外科住院的300例患者,按随机表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各150例,观察组患者给予品管圈护理,对照组患者给予传统方法进行护理,观察两组患者导管留置时间内意外拔管及医院不良事件的发生率,数据采用SPSS19.0软件进行统计分析。结果患者意外拔管率观察组为2.67%、对照组为8.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者导管受压、引流袋/球松动、导管堵塞、导管未双固定、衔接处松脱、引流量漏记录/错误、静脉炎、感染发生率均比对照组低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动进一步降低导管留置时间内的意外拔管和医院不良事件发生率,可以提高护理人员的责任感。OBJECTIVE To study the effect of QC circle on the incidence of accidental extubation during thoracic catheter indwelling and adverse events in hospitals.METHODS Totally 300 cases of patients hospitalized in the thoracic surgical department during Feb.2013 to Feb.2015 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by random table,150 cases in each group.The observation group received nursing care of quality control circle and the control group received traditional methods of care.Two groups were observed for incidences of accidental extubation and adverse events during catheter indwelling.RESULTS The incidence of accidental extubation in the observation group（2.67%）were significantly lower than that in the control group（8.00%）（P〈0.05）.The tube pressure,incidence of loose of drainage bags/balls,catheter obstruction,failure in double fixation of ducts,connection loose,missed/wrong records of drainage amount,phlebitis and infection rates were sigificantly lower in the observation group than in the control group（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONQC circle activities can further reduce accidental extubation during catheter indwelling and the incidence of hospital infections and improve nurses′sense of responsibility.
