摘　　要：分析了马钢20000 m3/h空分设备开车、运行过程中,空分设备制氩系统发生的故障与存在问题,改进了操作方法与维护措施,并实施了技术改造,保证了空分设备安全稳定经济运行。Faults and problems in the argon generating system of 20000 m3/h air separator unit during startup and operation were analyzed, the operation method and maintenance measures were improved and technical transformation was carried out, which has ensured safe,stable and economic operation of the unit.
