摘　　要：在当前经济发展换档调速的背景下,传统建筑产业发展面临巨大的挑战。首先阐述建筑产业现代化的含义,总结国内外建筑产业现代化发展历程;然后以江苏省为例,分析建筑产业现代化推进过程中存在问题及原因。在此基础上,提出推动建筑产业现代化的战略思考及建议,以期更好地促进其发展。Under the background of economy development speed shifting,the traditional construction industry is facing great challenges. This paper first expounds the meaning of the construction industry modernization,summarizes the domestic and international construction industry modernization development process. Then,taking Jiangsu province as an example,analyzes the problems in the process of the modernization of the construction industry and its reasons. On this basis,puts forward the strategic thinking and suggestions of promoting the construction industry modernization,in order to promote its development.
