2014年版《水文测量规范》技术要点概述

摘　　要：为了满足实际工作需要,适应水文科技发展水平,有关部门对1993年颁布的《水文普通测量规范》进行了修订,形成了2014年版《水文测量规范》。对2014年版规范的主要技术内容进行了介绍,重点解释了规范的更名,论述了电磁波测距高程导线测量、卫星定位高程测量、卫星定位平面控制测量、数字测图等新仪器、新技术、新方法在水文测量工作中的技术规定。对主要调整与取消的内容进行了分析论述,并对测量术语变更及测量仪器型号调整加以说明。可为准确认识和合理使用2014版规范提供参考。To better serve the practical hydrological work and adapt to the development of hydrological science and technology, the Specification for Normal Geodesic Survey in Hydrology, promulgated in 1993, was revised in 2014, forming version 2014 Specification for Geodesic Survey in Hydrology. The major technical revision contents of version 2014 Specification was analyzed and discussed. Especially, we explained the rename of the specification, discussed the application principle and the technical regulations in hydrologic surveying work of the EDM trigonometric leveling, satellite position elevation measurement, satellite posi- tioning plane control survey, digital mapping and other new instruments, technologies and survey methods. The adjusted and canceled contents are analyzed and discussed and the change of measurement terminology and the measurement instrument type were elaborated.
