摘 要:采用Thermo-calc热力学软件模拟了Waspaloy合金中最佳W元素添加量,并利用万能试验机、扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)研究了在添加W元素后Waspaloy合金力学性能变化以及对γ'相的影响。研究结果表明:添加W元素能提高Waspaloy合金中γ'相的溶解温度和在700℃时的析出量,添加2%(质量分数)的W元素最有利于合金性能的改善,且不会引入新的析出相。W元素在Waspaloy合金中主要分布于基体和γ'相中,分配比例约为1∶1,进入γ'相中的W原子会占据一部分Ti原子位置,并促进Al原子进入γ'相;添加W元素后,合金中粗颗粒γ'相出现几率降低,γ'相颗粒尺寸在45~50 nm范围内分布更为集中;W能降低合金中γ'/γ两相之间的错配度,对γ'相形貌没有明显影响。在Waspaloy合金中添加W元素后,合金的拉伸性能和持久断裂强度都有一定程度的提高。The optimal addition of W in Waspaloy alloy was simulated by thermo-calc thermodynamics software,and the γ' phase and mechanical properties of Waspaloy alloy with element W were investigated by universal testing machine,scanning electron microscope( SEM) and X-ray diffraction( XRD). The obtained results showed that the melting temperature and precipitation quantity of γ' phase at 700 ℃ increased with the addition of W; adding 2%( mass fraction) W element was the most helpful to property improvement without other precipitated phase. W mainly distributed in the matrix and the γ' phase,and the distribution ratio was about 1∶ 1. W atoms which entered γ' phase could replace partial Ti atoms in γ' phase,and promoted Al atoms into γ' phase. The mismatch of γ' / γ was decreased after adding element W,and the distribution in the range from 45 to 50 nm was more concentrated; the occurrence probability of coarse γ' particles was reduced,but the morphology of γ' phase did not significantly change. The mechanical properties and the creep rupture strength were improved by adding W.
