摘  要:重庆某综合办公大楼高90 m,根据相关规范要求应按二类等级进行防雷设计。本文介绍了该大楼的防雷接地技术,包括各种预留预埋、幕墙防雷设施、屋面避雷设施等。通过将整个建筑物中主要结构的钢筋焊接连成一体,在建筑物的顶部设避雷网格、避雷带和避雷针,在建筑物的腰部设置均压环,使整个建筑物及每层分别连成一个整体笼式避雷网,对雷电起到均压作用,确保了人和设备的安全。A comprehensive office building in Chongqing is 90 m high and the lightning protection design should be grade two according to the relevant specifications. This article introduces the lightning and grounding protection technology, such as variety of reserved pre buried, curtain wall lightning protection facilities, roof lightning protection facilities and so on. The safety of people and equipment is ensured by connecting the whole building and each layer into a whole cage type lightning protection net to play the role of voltage balance, including welding the steels of the main structure of the building into a whole, laying lightning protection grid, lightning protection rod and lightning arrester on the top of the building, setting grading ring at the waist of the building.
