摘　　要："四个全面"战略布局,是对我国经济社会发展的科学总结,是对党治国理政的继承和发展,具有深厚的政治意蕴:社会政治理想层面,全面建成小康社会勾画了新蓝图,为实现中国梦奠定基础;政治发展层面,全面深化改革完善和调整社会政治制度,形成现代化制度体系;政治价值层面,全面依法治国保障公民政治权利的实现,促进社会的公平正义;政治生态层面,全面从严治党形成政治规矩和政治纪律,营造良好的执政环境;国际政治层面,"四个全面"策应不断变化的世界秩序,积极融入全球治理中。从政治学角度对"四个全面"进行解读,有利于更加科学全面的理解和把握,形成更多的价值契合和制度认同,有利于转化为社会主义政治文明的建设的物质力量。the ＂four comprehensives＂ strategic layout has deep political implications as it is the scientific summary of China＇s e- conomic and social development, as well as the inheritance and development of the Party＇s governing concepts. At the social and political ideals level, building a moderately prosperous society outlines a new blueprint for China and lays a foundation for the re- alization of China dream; at the political development level, deepening the reform comprehensively and improving and adjusting the social and political system contributes to the formation of modern institutional system; in political values, the rule of law guarantees the realization of civil and political rights, and promotes social equity and justice; in political ecology, the formation of political regulations and principles by ruling the Party in a comprehensive and strict way helps to create a fsine governance en- vironment; in international politics, ＂the four comprehensives＂ conform to the changing world order, which facilitates the active integration of China into the global governance. In conclusion, interpretation of the ＂four comprehensives＂ strategic layout from the political perspective is conducive to more scientific and comprehensive understanding and grasp of it as well as the formation of more value fits and system identifications, which will in turn transform into material force in favor of the construction of social- ist political civilization.
