摘　　要：本文全面论述了高等学校社会服务职能的发展历史,由此引出现阶段实施社会服务职能评价的目的和必要性,通过理论分析推荐了适用于高等学校社会服务效能评价的方法,并从"高等学校社会服务内涵及发展历程"、"高等学校社会服务系统构成研究"、"高等学校社会服务效能调查及影响因素辨识"、"高等学校社会服务效能评价指标体系与评价模型构建"、"高等学校社会服务效能优化对策"、"个案实证研究"等五个方面给出了实施建议。该文可为社会服务效能评价领域的研究及应用工作提供有益的思路。This article comprehensively discusses the development history of social service function of colleges and universities, and raises the purpose and necessity of the implementation of social service function evaluation at present stage, through theoretical analysis recommended is suitable for higher school social service performance eval- uation method, and from ＂social service connotation and development of institutions of higher learning＂, ＂social ser- vice system of institutions of higher learning research＂, ＂social service effectiveness survey of institutions of higher learning and influencing factors of recognition＂ and ＂higher school of social service performance evaluation index sys- tem and evaluation model to build＂,＂social service efficiency of the optimization countermeasures of institutions of higher learning＂,＂case for empirical research on＂ five per, for the social service ideas. performance evaluation in aspects,such as implementing Suggestions are given.
