摘　　要：项目学习(Project-based learning,PBL)是国际流行的教育方式之一。哈尔滨工业大学大一年度项目是一种大学生以立项的形式参与教师科研的活动。大一年度项目以"问题"为载体,通过创设一种类似科学研究的情境和途径,让学生通过自主收集、分析和处理信息来主动参与学习过程,以获取和应用知识、分析和解决问题,有利于培养学生的科学素养和实践能力。"大一年度项目计划"打开了大学生科技创新人生之门。Project-based learning is one of the world-wide popular education methods. Harbin Institute of Tech- nology freshman year project is a project of college students in the form of participation of teachers research activi- ties. ＂Problems＂ as the carrier, the first year project provides a kind of science-like situation to enable the students to study actively by collecting, analyzing and processing information to acquire knowledge and solve problems. It is beneficial for cultivating scientific literacy and practical ability which leads to the scientific innovation of college stu- dents.
