摘　　要：当前,随着网络时代的到来,网络信息技术迅猛发展,思想政治教育步入了全新的发展领域和阶段。网络的时代特性给思想政治教育带来了极大的发展机遇,同时也使思想政治教育面临着极大的挑战。为此提高思想政治教育者的综合网络思政素质;创建思想政治教育的主题网站,把课堂延伸到网上;建设有序的网络法制环境,创造良好的网络道德环境,构建高效的网络监督环境机制以构建全国高校思想政治教育工作网络系统是提高网络时代思想政治教育效能的可靠路径。In the Internet era, with the rapid development of information technology network, ideological and po- litical education is coming into a new phase. Network brings ideological and political education not only opportunities but also great challenges. Thus improving politic-ideological quality, creating ideological and political theme website, developing orderly legal and moral e-environment, and constructing effective supervision system are reliable and ef- fective ways to improve the ideological and political education in the Internet era.
