摘　　要：本文对2015年版与2010年版《慢性乙型肝炎防治指南》在临床诊断指标的变化、抗病毒治疗策略的调整以及特殊患者治疗推荐意见方面进行要点分析和解读,以期能更好地理解新版指南,指导临床实践。This article focuses on the differences between China guideline on prevention,care and treatment of chronic hepatitis B（2015 edition） and the one（2010 edition） in the diagnosis and treatment,including the changes of clinical diagnosis indicators,adjustment of antiviral treatment strategies and the treatment of special populations,so as to have a better understanding of the guideline（2015 edition） and provide guidance in clinical practice.
