摘　　要：目的分析内蒙古自治区2012—2014年脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)病毒分离和鉴定情况,为维持中国无脊灰状态提供依据。方法对来源于急性弛缓性麻痹病例、接触者和健康儿童的粪便标本进行病毒分离和型内鉴定,确定血清型别后进行VP1区核苷酸序列测定,并对结果进行分析。结果从1176份粪便标本中分离到脊灰病毒21株,非脊灰肠道病毒83株。21株脊灰病毒中1株为疫苗衍生脊灰病毒,其余20株为疫苗株,未发现脊灰野病毒。结论 2012—2014年内蒙古自治区继续维持无脊灰状态。Objective To analyze the performance of polio virus isolation and identification in Inner Mongolia,China from 2012 to 2014,and provide evidence for the keep of polio-free status. Methods Stool samples were collected from AFP cases,contacts and healthy children for polio virus isolation and intratypic differentiation,and the VP1 gene sequencing was condcuted. Results A total of 21 polio strains（ 1 vaccine derived polio virus（ VDPV） strains and 20 vaccine related virus starins） and 83 non-polio enteric virus（ NPEV） strains were isolated from 1176 stool samples. No wild polio virus was detected. Conclusion The results demonstrated that the polio-free status was kept in Inner Mongolia during 2012- 2014.
