摘　　要：房地产行业调整,银行顺周期收紧信用加剧需求下行压力,物价下降,资金流出压力加大,汇率贬值。The adjustment of real estate industry, the tightening of pro-cyclicality of banks, the down turn pressure, the decreasing prices, the outflow of capital, and the devaluation of exchange rate are likely to cause the phenomenon of 'External devaluation and domestic appreciation'.
