摘　　要：针刺持续性效应是针刺效应的重要特征,本研究在回顾针刺持续性效应的古代认识、现代研究结果的基础上,进一步肯定针刺持续性效应的存在,提示针刺持续性效应是经穴效应特异性的重要特征,而得气和针刺疗程等是影响持续性效应的重要因素。以期为针刺持续性效应的深入研究提供参考和借鉴。The long - term effect of acupuncture is one of key characteristics of acupuncture. Based on revie- wing the ancient records and modem researches, this paper further confirms the existence of long - term effect of acupuncture, and indicates that the sustained effect of acupuncture is a significant characteristic of the specifici- ty of acupoint effects, and suggests that Deqi and the duration of acupuncture treatment and so on are the impor- tantly influencing factors of long - term effects, so as to provide references for further researches on the long -term effect of acupuncture.
