摘　　要：目的:研究毛茛科植物朝鲜白头翁及其混淆品兴安白头翁的植物来源、根及根茎的药材性状和生长过程中显微组织结构变化。方法:比较两味药材的基源、性状和横切面显微特征,找出两者区别点。结果和讨论:通过药材横切面显微特征研究,较好地反映了两者在生长发育过程中异同点,为朝鲜白头翁药材的鉴别和用药安全提供检验依据。Objective： To clarify the origin and provide pharmacognostical evidences of the roots and rhizomes of Pulsatilla cernua and its adulterant P. dahurica. Methods： The original plants, different characteristics and microscopic identification of the two species were studied and compared in order to find the differences. Results and Conclusion： The microscopic characteristics of the roots and rhizomes showed that there are similarities and differences in the growth process between the two species. These characteristics can be applied to the identification of P. cernua and its adulterants.
