摘 要:某海滨一幢地下1层地上18层框架剪力墙结构建筑因地基不均匀沉降发生地下室柱爆裂事故,上部结构整体拆除。为查明事故原因,需要通过拔桩来检测管桩的施工质量。在各方主体及拔桩设备供应单位的配合下完成了管桩桩长、桩身垂直度、桩端持力层及桩身基本性能的检测,从而证明了预应力管桩拔桩检测的可行性。此外,还对拔桩过程中的误差以及关键的技术点进行了分析探讨。A frame shear wall structure of eighteen floors above the ground and one floor underground on the beach appears explosion accident on the underground column caused by uneven settlement of foundation. The upper structure was overall removed. It needed to test the construction quality of the pipe piles by pile pulling in order to identify the cause of the accident. This inspection was finished with the cooperation of the main body and the supply department of the pile. The inspection content included the testing of pile length,the verticality of pile body,the basic performance of pile end bearing layer and pile body,so the feasibility of the inspection of the pre-stress pile pulling was approved. Besides,this article also discussed the error in pulling out process and key technology points.
