摘　　要：本文介绍了动车组车窗玻璃裂纹故障,包括受异物击打裂纹,及自身裂纹,并通过司机室正面裂纹玻璃的抗飞弹冲击试验、静强度试验;裂纹侧窗玻璃的静强度试验、疲劳强度试验,模拟了裂纹玻璃运营中可能受到的各种载荷,进行试验分析,并结合武广、郑西的运营跟踪情况,提出了裂纹玻璃的运营建议。The essay introduces the crack fault of the glass of vehicle window used in the motor train unit, including those caused by impacted by the matter and the one has crack of its own. It imitates all kinds of loads that the glass has crack will suffer by Anti missile impact test and the static strength test of the windshield glass, the static strength test and the fatigue strength test of the side window glass, then provides experiment and analysis, and considerate of the situation of the operate in Wuhan,Guangzhou,Zhengzhou and Xi′ an and puts forward the operation suggestion of the glass has crack.
