发泡水泥保温板大规模全自动生产线研究与创新

摘　　要：目前,我国发泡水泥保温板行业发展参差不齐,作坊式工厂普遍,产业化程度低,生产线产量小,产品质量不稳定。针对此现状,研究开发一条年产15万m^3的发泡水泥保温板大规模全自动生产线极有必要。大规模全自动生产线的整个工艺布置和创新点,包括全自动配料系统、高效搅拌设备、自动养护窑、横纵切割机和全自动后处理设备。At present,the foamed cement insulation board industry development is uneven,the workshop type factory is widespread,the degree of industrialization is low,the production line is small,the product quality is not stable.In this situation,research and development of a capacity of 150000 cubic meters of foamed cement insulation board large-scale automatic production line is very necessary.The whole process layout and innovation points of large-scale automatic production line, including the automatic batching system,efficient mixing equipment,automatic curing kiln,transverse and longitudinal cutting machine and fully automatic postprocessing equipment.
