摘  要:目的采用超高效液相色谱串联四级杆飞行时间质谱联用技术(UPLC/Q-TOF-MS)快速鉴定茶籽中的多种化学成分。方法采用AQUITY UPLC/Q-TOF micro联用仪,以水-乙腈为流动相梯度洗脱,ESI正离子模式下采集数据,以Masslynx4.1软件分析数据。结果鉴定了茶籽中的24种化学成分,建立了一种基于UPLC/Q-TOF-MS技术的快速鉴定茶籽中化学成分的分析方法。结论采用UPLC/Q-TOF-MS技术识别了茶籽多种化学成分,为进一步研究茶籽的作用功效奠定了试验基础。Objective To identify the components from Tea Seed Flakes rapidly by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography with tandem quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry( UPLC/Q-TOF-MS).Methods AQUITY UPLC/Q-TOF micro system was employed with gradient elution of water-acetonitrile mobile phase under positive mode of ESI. The data was analyzed by Masslynx4.1 software. Results 24 kinds of components were analyzed and identified from Tea Seed Flakes by UPLC/Q-TOF-MS. And an analysis method for rapid identification of components was established. Conclusion Many kinds of chemical components were identified from Tea Seed Flakes by UPLC/Q-TOF-MS,which could provide foundation for the further research.
