摘 要:目的建立微乳薄层色谱法分离鉴定喉痛灵片中多种有效成分。方法以6种配比的十二烷基硫酸钠-正丁醇-正庚烷-H_2O微乳系统为展开剂,聚酰胺薄膜为固定相,通过一次点样展开,分别检测喉痛灵片中多种有效成分,并同时考察了微乳液类型、质量含水量、甲酸体积分数等因素对R_f值、斑点情况与展开时间的影响。结果以质量含水量75%的微乳液{微乳液组成为[十二烷基硫酸钠∶正丁醇∶正庚烷(质量比27∶63∶10)]-甲酸(体积比9.5∶0.5)}为展开剂可同时检出喉痛灵片中绿原酸、脯氨酸、橙皮苷等多种有效成分。结论微乳薄层色谱法是一种操作简便、环保、灵敏、分离效果理想的鉴别新方法,可用于喉痛灵片中多种有效成分的分离鉴别。Objective To establish a microemulsion TLC method in separation and identification of various effective compositions in Houtongling pills. Methods The various compositions in Houtongling pills were separated and identified simultaneously on polyamide film with six kinds of SDS/n-butyl alcohol/nheptane/water microemulsions as the mobile phases. The effects of microemulsions,mass water content and the volume ratio of formic acid on separation results of microemulsions such as R_fvalue,spots and so on were investigated. Results The chlorogenic acid,proline,hesperidin and various effective compositions in Houtongling pills could be separated and identified simultaneously with microemulsion containing 75%water( the mass ratio of SDS/n-butanol/n-heptane = 27 ∶ 63 ∶ 10)-formic acid( the volume ratio was9.5 ∶0.5) as mobile phase. Conclusion Microemulsion TLC is a new simple,pro-environment,and sensitive method for the separation and identification of Houtongling pills.
