摘　　要：目前,随着中国高速公路建设的逐步完善,将GIS与J2EE、数据库等技术结合运用到高速公路信息管理平台具有重要的实用价值。采用J2EE平台作为系统的核心架构,提供系统管理、GIS应用和查询统计等功能。以Flex平台为基础,进行系统业务功能展示,提供良好的用户体验。建立统一的数据管理平台和数据库,以整合各部门信息资源,实现数据共享。有利于路政、中控和养护三个部门的信息共享、协调联动与决策分析,提高了高速公路维护与监管的效率。该信息管理平台将各个孤立功能模块整合在一起,构建了智能化、信息化、精确化的管理平台。This paper achieves the following major goals：（1）A standard basic information database of Wu-hu expressway including maintenance,road property,central control database was builded through establishing standard data specification and collecting data for Management Office.（2）The service integration based on GIS remedies a defect on the disconnect between figure,text,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis.The pictorial representation of spatial data and the spatial analysis of attribute data were enhanced.The Expressway Managing Platform realized the graphic information integration.（3）Depend on the combination of GIS platform with the system data,business data is showed on the digital map in diversified ways,map enquiry and visualized management under operations management are realized.
