摘　　要：工业油冷机应用于各类精密机床主轴润滑和液压系统的温度控制,以保证机床在连续加工过程中按设定精度运行。按工业现场要求设计了以C8051F064为控制核心,运用AD8572及军品级器件搭建高精度油冷机温度控制系统,通过软硬件配合实现系统的闭环控制,使温度控制精度达到1℃以内,以控制压缩机及冷冻泵按要求运行。通过产品在多种环境温度下实际运行,控制器控制精度高,系统运行稳定,完全达到了设计要求。According to the industrial field requirements,this paper designs the high precision oil cooler temperature control system with C8051F064 as the control core,and also uses AD8572 and military grade devices.Closed-loop control which is realized by hardware and software makes the temperature control accuracy within 1℃,in order to control the compressor and refrigerating pump running under the requirement.
