不是中药惹的祸——中药不良反应引发的思考

摘　　要：越来越多中药引发的严重不良反应事件引起了广大消费者及医务人员的普遍关注。一方面,应认清中药已不是从前"绝对安全,多吃点有利无害"的局面;另一方面,应明确许多中药不良反应产生原因并不是由中药本身所致,而是使用不当造成。本文就中药不良反应引发的一些思考,结合实例阐明"不是中药惹的祸",而应重视中药不良反应的现实,合理利用中药的"毒性",并加大对广大患者合理使用中药的科普宣传力度,促进临床合理用药,保障人民用药安全。Serious adverse events caused by more and more Chinese materia medica arouse widespread concern of consumers and medi- cal staff. On the one hand, we should identify that the traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） was no longer the situation absolutely safe, take more with no harm. On the other hand, we should be clear about the reasons for many adverse reactions of TCM were not caused by TCM itself, but improper use. In this paper, we have made some thinking on the adverse reaction of TCM. With the living exam- pies, we proposed the idea that it was not the fault of TCM, but should pay attention to the reality of its adverse reaction and the rea- sonable utilization of its toxicity. In addition, ramp up scientific propaganda efforts on the reasonable utilization of TCM among the pa- tients, promote proper clinical application, and ultimately ensure people~ drug safety.
