腧穴热敏化艾灸在肛瘘术后创面修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察腧穴热敏化艾灸配合传统中药熏洗、换药对肛瘘术后创面修复的临床疗效。方法:将100例低位单纯性肛瘘患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,观察组患者术后采用中药熏洗、换药后配合热敏灸治疗,对照组患者术后采用中药熏洗、换药治疗。观察两组患者的切口愈合时间、术后症状评分等。结果:观察组的术后症状(如疼痛、渗液、水肿、肛门坠胀等)评分低于对照组;观察组愈合时间平均(24.45±2.02)d,对照组愈合时间平均为(28.56±2.22)d(P﹤0.05)。结论:热敏灸新疗法配合中药熏洗、换药治疗能显著促进肛瘘术后创面修复,缓解患者术后创面疼痛、渗液、水肿和肛门坠胀,该方法安全实用,值得临床推广。Objective：To observe the acupoints heat - sensitive the moxa acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation, the ~ clinical effect of treatment of anal fistula postoperative wound repair. Methods： 100 patients with low simple anal fistula were randomly divided into observation group the control group. Observation group of patients with postoperative after using traditional Chinese medi- cine fumigation, treatment with thermal acupuncture treatment, control group patients treated by traditional Chinese medicine fumiga- tion, treatment, postoperative observation of two groups of patients with incision healing time, postoperative symptom scores, etc. Re- suits ： postoperative symptoms of observation group （ such as pain, drainage, edema, anal belly） score is lower than the control group; Observation group average healing time （24.45 ±2.02） d, control the average healing time of d （ 28.56 ± 2.22） （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions： thermal main new Treatment with Traditional Chinese Medicine fumigation, treatment can significantly improve postoperative anal fistula wound repair, alleviate patients＇postoperative wound pain, drainage, edema and anal belly, this method is safe, practical, and worthy clinical promotion.
