舌诊在慢性肾病诊治中的应用述略

摘　　要：从文献研究入手,探讨舌诊与肾病证型分类、肾功能分期、肾病的生化指标变化关系;并对舌下络脉与舌图像客观化分析、舌象在肾病治疗前后变化与疗效评估及预后判断等情况进行回顾与整理;认为舌诊在慢性肾病诊治中发挥着重要作用;值得深入研究与发掘。To explore the relationship between tongue diagnosis and syndrome typing of nephropathy, the stage of kidney function and bi- ochemical criterion changes of nephropathy from the literature. The author analyzed the sublingusl collaterals and objective image, then sorted out and reviewed the change, assessment and prognosis judgment etc. of tongue before and after the treatment of kidney disease. It is worth further research and excavation for tongue diagnosis plays an important role in the treatment of chronic kidney disease.
