摘  要:目的对合肥地区体检人群进行骨密度测量分析,了解正常人群骨质疏松的发生情况,为骨质疏松的防治提供科学依据。方法采用美国GE公司生产的双能X射线骨密度仪对合肥地区来本院体检的838例受试者进行骨密度测定,年龄21~88岁,测定腰椎和股骨上段两个部位。结果男性骨密度异常的比例随着年龄的增长有增加的趋势,女性骨密度异常率随着年龄的增长明显增高,差异均有统计学意义(P值均〈0.05)。50~59岁和≥60岁两个年龄组,男女骨密度异常率差异均有统计学意义。50岁之前,男性和女性骨密度异常率无统计学意义,50岁以后女性骨密度异常率明显高于男性。结论男性和女性体检者随年龄的增长骨密度异常率均增加,女性尤为明显。Objective To measure and analyze the bone mineral density( BMD) of health examination population in Hefei city,understand the occurrence of osteoporosis in normal people,and provide the scientific evidence for prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. Methods We used the dual energy x- ray bone sonometers manufactured by American GE company to measure BMD of 838 subjects,whose age range were 21 to 88. The measured positions were lumbar vertebra and upper femur. Results The BMD abnormal ratio of male had increasing trend with age,while the BMD abnormal ratio of female was significantly increased with age,which showed significant difference( P〈0. 05). There was significant difference in BMD abnormal ratio between males and females in 50- 59 age group and age ≥ 60 age group. The BMD abnormal ratio of females and males had no statistical significance before 50 years old. However,after 50 years old,the BMD abnormal ratios of female was obviously higher than that of males. Conclusion The BMD abnormal ratios of females and males increased with age,especially for the female.
