摘　　要：对比了航天电缆生产中传统生产方式与大量生产方式的局限性,理论上分析了电缆网应用成组技术组织开展生产的可行性。从任务分配单元的制定、作业人员的安置、配套件的分类管理、生产节拍控制及产品的质量监督方面分析电缆网成组生产组织模式的实施。The limitation of the traditional mode of production and mass production in the space cable production is compared, and the application feasibility of group technology cable network production organizations is analyzed theoretically. The implementation of the organization mode of the cable net is analyzed in the aspects of the formulation of the task allocation unit, the resettlement of the operating personnel, the classification management of the component parts, the production cycle control and the quality supervision of the products.
