摘 要:介绍了一种通过EDXRF技术对湖底水系沉积物中重金属元素的定性定量分析方法。在所制备的水系沉积物样品中加入内标元素Y,利用粉末压片法制作样本,通过X射线荧光光谱分析仪在合适的测量条件下分别测得样品中Cu、Zn、Pb和Hg荧光强度,并通过内标元素计算出元素含量。对测得的数据进行相对标准偏差分析,结果均小于5%,符合实验精度要求。与国标ICP-OES法相比,测试结果基本相同,实验过程中不产生有害物质且大大提高了测试效率。经计算,上述四种元素的检出限分别为2.41mg/kg、2.45mg/kg、1.64mg/kg、4.30mg/kg,EDXRF技术可以作为一种方便快捷的环境监测手段来监测水系沉积物的中金属成分。A method called EDXRF was introduced which can detect both the type and content of the heavy metal elements in the sublacustrine stream sediments. The element of Y as internal standard element was added in the stream sediment samples. The samples were made by powder pressed method. The fluorescence intensity of the four kinds of elements named Cu,Zn,Pb and Hg was detected by X-ray fluorescence spectrum analyzer with the suitable measurement conditions respectively. Then,the contents of the four kinds of elements are obtained respectively by the internal standard element Y. The relative standard deviation of the measured data was analyzed,and the results were less than5% which conformed to the requirements of the experiment. Compared with the national standard ICP-OES Method,the test results are basically same. Besides,the experimental process didn't produce harmful substances and greatly improved the testing efficiency. After calculating the data,the limits of detection of the four kinds of elements are 2.41mg/kg,2.45mg/kg,1.64mg/kg,4.30mg/kg respectively. It can use as a quick and convenient method of monitoring environment to monitor the metal element components in the stream sediment.
