摘　　要：通过总结回顾广东省护理学会近3年共培训的9个学科的983名专科护士的培训情况,对存在的问题进行分析,阐明专科护士培训实施必须有顶层设计,可在各专业委员会的主导下,制订相关的培训方案进行培训、实践和管理。The paper reviewed the training of 983 specialized nurses of 9 subjects in the recent 3 years in Guangdong province, analyzed the existing prob- lems, and suggested that the training of specialized nurses should be under top design,had related training programs, practice and management, which could be led by specialized committees.
