特重度烧伤患者被动康复过程中心理需求的质性研究

摘　　要：目的了解和探索严重烧伤患者被动康复过程中的心理需求,针对性地提出目前烧伤康复期护理亟需重视的问题。方法采用现象学研究方法,以目的抽样法抽取9例康复后期严重烧伤患者,进行半结构式访谈,并采用内容分析法对资料分析研究。结果分析提炼出4个主题:多方支持、重返社会、症状管理、康复训练。结论护理人员应重视疼痛、瘙痒等护理问题处理的同时,重视对患者的健康教育与心理疏导,并融入各类社会支持力量以及先进技术等协助患者达到社会化康复。Objective To understand the psychological needs of severe bum patients during rehabilitation. Methods Phenomenological methodology was used in the study. Nine patients with severe burns were chosen by purposive sampling and the semi - structured interviews were conducted among them. Data were analyzed by content category methods. Results Four themes were determined, such as supports, return to social, symptom management, rehabilitation training. Conclusion Nursing staffs should pay attention to health education and psychological counseling as well as the nursing problem of pain and itching among burn patients, and assist patients to social rehabilitation by integrate all kinds of social support and advanced technology.
