摘　　要：目的评价对精神分裂症患者照顾者实施支持性护理干预的效果。方法选取2014年1月至6月在上海市某精神卫生中心住院的精神分裂症患者的照顾者71例,随机分为观察组和对照组。两组在接受常规治疗护理的同时,观察组实施支持性护理干预3个月,采用Zarit护理负担量表、一般自我效能感量表、抑郁自评量表对照顾者进行评定。结果经过支持性护理干预,观察组的Zarit护理负担量表评分(P<0.01)和抑郁自评量表评分(P<0.05)低于对照组,观察组的一般自我效能感量表评分高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论支持性护理干预有助于减轻照顾者负担、提高照顾者的自我效能、促进照顾者的心理健康。Objective To eveluate the effect of supportive nursing intervention on caregivers of schizophrenia. Methods Seventy - one caregivers of schizophrenia patients who received treatment in PDMH from January to June 2014 ,were chosen and divided into the experimental group and the control group. Patients of both groups received conventional care, and caregivers in the experimental group received 3 months supportive nursing intervention. The eareglvers were investigated using Zarit Burden Inventory（ ZBZ）, General Self -Efficacy Scale（GSES） and Self- Rating Depression Scale（SDS）. Results The scores of ZBI and SDS were lower, and the score of GSES was higher in the experimental group than those of the control group after supportive intervention（ P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Supportive nursing intervention has a positive effect on alleviating burden,improving self - efficacy and mental health of caregivers of schizophrenia.
