摘 要:目的探讨"现状(S)-背景(B)-评估(A)-建议(R)"(SBAR)沟通方式作为标准化沟通方式在早产儿转运中的应用效果。方法通过组建早产儿转运组,修订转运SBAR沟通模式转运表格,标准化转运交接流程等措施,进一步规范危重早产儿的转运过程。结果交接缺陷发生率下降,病历建立时间缩短,提高了转运救护中转诊医院、医护患之间的满意度(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论运用SBAR沟通方式后,提高了护理工作效率,促进了早产儿安全及团队协作,进一步提高了早产儿转运工作的满意度。Objective To evaluate the effects of the standardized SBAR (Situation, Background, Assessment and Recommendation) communication style applied in preterm infants transport. Methods The standardized SBAR communication style was applied to the transport of pretenn infants. The transfer form of critical preterm infants and transport handover process were revised. Results The incidence of the problems in the transport decreased significantly after applying SBAR communication. At the same time, the satisfaction of referral hospitals, patients, doctors and nurses were improved respectively ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The application of the standardized SBAR communication style achieveds great effects in improving nursing efficiency and promoting patients^safety and teamwork ,which guaranteeds a high satisfaction in our preterm infants transport.
