摘  要:结构振动的无线控制具有广阔的应用前景,但其中的时间延迟显著降低了控制性能,是目前急需解决的问题。针对工程中普遍应用的典型结构——压电悬臂梁结构,设计了基于WiFi的无线传感器,搭建了一套无线传输传感和控制信号的无线控制系统,实现了悬臂梁振动的无线控制;采用基于有限差分和变量代换的时间延迟补偿方法,构造了时间延迟状态,对系统的状态方程进行了适当的扩展。仿真结果表明,该方法可以有效补偿无线控制中的时间延迟,显著改善无线控制的性能,甚至可以达到有线控制的效果。Wireless control of structural vibration has a broad application prospect,but the time delay in wireless control significantly reduced the performance of it.As a result,time delay in wireless control has become an urgent problem.In this paper,a typical structure of universal application-cantilever beam is taken as the control object,and wireless sensors based on the WiFi technique is designed.Moreover,a WiFi wireless control system based on the piezoelectric cantilever is designed and implemented.In this wireless program,both sensor signals and control signals are transmitted in wireless way.Meanwhile,in order to solve the time delay problem,a time delay compensation method is used.A time delay state is contrasted in this method,and the state equation of the beam is extended by the time delay state.The simulation results show that this method can effectively compensate the time delay in this wireless control system,significantly improve the performance of wireless control,even can make the performance of wired control.
