摘 要:建立了核电站CPR1000堆型反应堆厂房的混合分析模型,上部结构采用集中质点—梁单元,下部筏基采用三维实体单元模拟。完成了对典型核电站结构的基础隔震设计,隔震层设置在筏板基础底面,采用铅芯橡胶支座,支座长期面压控制在5 MPa;比较了隔震前后反应堆厂房的动力特性;基于时程分析法,研究了隔震效果,建立了结构内部设备楼层的楼层反应谱;对隔震前后结构水平向和竖向的楼层反应谱进行了对比分析。结果表明,对于核电站结构采用混合分析模型兼有较高的计算效率和精度;隔震后可明显降低结构的地震反应和楼层反应谱,大大提高结构的抗震安全性。This paper builds a mixed analytical model for based-isolated CPR1000 reactor structure,in which superstructure and raft foundation are modeled by lumped mass-beam elements and three-dimensional solid elements,respectively.A complete base isolation design of CPR1000 reactor structure is presented in this paper.The lead-rubber bearings are placed under the raft foundation.The surface pressure of lead-rubber bearings is about 5 MPa.The dynamic behavior of base-isolated reactor structure is investigated.Nonlinear time-history analysis of the isolated nuclear power plant structure is carried out.The shears and overturning moments of the based-isolated reactor structure are compared with the base-fixed structure.In addition,floor response spectrum of the base-isolated CPR1000 reactor structure is set up for analysis of the internal equipment and compared with the base-fixed case.Results show that the mixed analytical model for reactor structure possesses enough calculating efficiency and precision.Base-isolated technology can significantly reduce the shears,the overturning moments and the floor response spectrum of the reactor structure,and enhance its safety greatly.
