摘  要:分析了炼油厂柴油馏分构成及质量状况,依据现有产品价格体系和装置结构情况,针对不同柴油的性质,运用模型软件开展柴油馏分加工流程优化,形成最佳加工路线:1部分催化柴油进提升管二反回炼作急冷油降低劣质柴油产量;2常一线优先作为喷气燃料原料,其次进催化加工增产汽油;3常二线优先进催化装置回炼增产汽油,其次是生产军用柴油和车用柴油;4减一线优先进催化加工增产汽油,其次生产车用柴油;5实施两套加氢装置反应深度梯度控制,形成柴油加氢装置组合工艺等。优化结果表明,炼油厂柴汽比降至1.11,同比下降了0.18,汽油收率同比增加了3.7百分点,实现了炼油厂总产品价值量最大化,并确保了精制柴油硫含量达到出厂产品要求,可增加经济效益3.505亿元/a。The refinery diesel fraction compositions and quality are analyzed.Based upon the existing process units and products price system,the optimized processing schemes of diesel fraction has been developed in consideration of the different properties of diesel by the sofeware of process simulation and optimization:1 Part of FCC diesel is processed as the quenching oil of FCC riser for reducing inferior diesel oil yield;2 atmospheric 1st side-cut is first used as feed for jet fuel production and rest is sent to FCCU for gasoline production; 3 the atmospheric 2nd side-cut is first directed to FCC riser to increase gasoline production as well as high-quality diesel and motor diesel; 4 the vacuum 1st side-cut is first sent to FCC unit for the production of gasoline as well as motor diesel; 5 control of reaction severity of two hydrogenation units and integrate the hydrogenation units with FCC unit,etc.These optimization practices show that the refinery diesel to gasoline ratio has dropped to 1.11 which is 0.18 lower,the gasoline yield is increased by 3.7%.The products value of the refinery has been maximized,the sulfur in refined diesel has met the required specifications,and economic benefit of the refinery is increased by 350.5 million RMB Yuan a year.
