氟防龋材料、改性几丁质生物胶治疗口腔幽门螺杆菌感染的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨氟防龋材料、改性几丁质生物胶对口腔幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染的疗效。方法:将618例Hp感染患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,观察组310例患者以非药物治疗牙膏联合氟防龋材料进行刷牙试验;其中86例存在口腔溃疡患者,联合使用改性几丁质生物胶喷于口腔溃疡处。对照组308例患者,其中79例存在口腔溃疡,以空白牙膏为对照,每日晚餐后用牙膏清洁口腔,比较2组患者的Hp阳性率、Hp平均根除时间以及口腔溃疡愈合情况等指标。结果:在治疗30 d、90 d后,观察组患者阳性检出情况均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗90 d时,观察组患者口腔Hp根除率为92.11%(280/304),对照组为3.90%(12/304),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者口腔Hp中位平均根除时间和口腔溃疡根治例数均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氟防龋材料、改性几丁质生物胶能有效清除口腔Hp感染,且使用经济方便,操作简单,依从性较好,值得推广。OBJECTIVE： To evaluate into the treatment effect and efficacy observation of Fluorine methods material and Modified chitin xanthan gum in treatment of patients with oral helicobacter pylori（ Hp） infection. METHODS： 618 cases of positive oral Hp infection patients without gastrointestinal symptoms were divided into observation group and control group via random number table. 310 cases in the observation group received non-drug treatment of toothpaste combined with Fluorine methods material for brushing test; among which 86 cases with oral cavity ulcer additionally received Modified chitin xanthan gum modification of chitin biological glue spray on oral ulcer. 308 cases in the control group,among which 79 cases with oral cavity ulcer,by setting blank control in toothpaste,toothpaste was used to clean the mouth after the daily dinner. The Hp positive rate,average Hp eradication time and indicators such as oral cavity ulcer healing condition in two groups were compared. RESULTS： In the treatment of after 30 d,90 d,observation group also significantly lower than control group in patients with positive detection rate,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）; After the treatment of 90 d,the positive rate in the observation group was 92. 11%（ 280 /304）,significantly higher than that in the control group [3. 90%（ 12 /304） ],with statistically significant difference（ P 0. 05）; In the observation group of patients with oral Hp an average time and oral ulcer eradication effect a radical cure cases were significantly better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS： Fluorine methods material and Modified chitin xanthan gum can effectively remove the oral Hp infection,which has economical and convenient operation,and good compliance. It is worthy of popularization and application.
