地奥司明片与马应龙麝香痔疮膏联合治疗对肛肠疾病术后的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨地奥司明片与马应龙麝香痔疮膏联合治疗对肛肠疾病术后的影响。方法:选取大连大学附属新华医院肛肠科2013年7月—2014年12月收治的93例肛肠手术患者,以随机数字表法分为观察组47例与对照组46例。对照组患者术后给予地奥司明片,观察组患者在对照组患者基础上加用马应龙麝香痔疮膏,比较2组患者术后疼痛、水肿及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者术后4、7 d的疼痛VAS评分均明显低于对照组[(2.0±0.5)分相比(2.6±0.7)分、(1.1±0.3)分相比(1.5±0.4)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后4、7 d的水肿评分及水肿消退时间均明显优于对照组[(1.8±0.4)分相比(2.1±0.6)分、(0.7±0.3)分相比(1.2±0.5)分、(5.2±0.6)d相比(6.4±0.8)d],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者不良反应发生率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:肛肠疾病患者术后应用地奥司明片与马应龙麝香痔疮膏联合治疗,可有效发挥活血化瘀、抗菌消炎作用,疼痛与水肿症状得到缓解,值得临床推广。OBJECTIVE： To probe into the effect of Diosmin tablets combined with long musk hemorrhoid ointment on anorectal diseases after surgery. METHODS： 93 cases of surgical patients admitted to the anorectal section in Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to Dalian University from Jul. 2013 to Dec. 2014 were selected to be randomly divided into the observation group（ 47 cases） and the control group（ 46 cases）. The control group received Diosmin tablets after surgery,the treatment group additionally received musk hemorrhoids ointment based on the control group. The status of pain,extinction time of edema and occurrence rate of adverse reactions were compared between two groups after surgery. RESULUS： The pain VAS scores of 4 d and 7 d in observation group after surgery were lower than those in the control group [（ 2. 0 ± 0. 5）scores vs.（ 2. 6 ± 0. 7） scores,（ 1. 1 ± 0. 3） scores vs.（ 1. 5 ± 0. 4） scores],with statistically significant difference（ P 0. 05）. The edema scores of 4 d and 7 d and extinction time of edema in observation group were significantly better than those in the control group [（ 1. 8 ± 0. 4） scores vs.（ 2. 1 ± 0. 6） scores,（ 0. 7 ± 0. 3） scores vs.（ 1. 2 ± 0. 5） scores,（ 5. 2 ±0. 6） d vs.（ 6. 4 ±0. 8） d],and the differences were statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group and control group（ P 0. 05）.CONCLUSIONS： The application of Diosmin tablets combined with long musk hemorrhoid ointment in treatment of anorectal diseases after surgery plays an effective role in promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and antisepsis and antiinflammation,and can alleviate the symptoms of edema and pain. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
