布拉氏酵母菌辅助治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨布拉氏酵母菌辅助治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(irritable bowel syndrome,IBS)的临床疗效,以期为该方法的临床推广提供数据支持。方法:选取2013年1月—2015年3月福建省立医院消化内科收治的腹泻型IBS患者200例,以随机数字表法分成对照组与观察组各100例。对照组患者单纯给予复方谷氨酰胺颗粒剂、双八面体蒙脱石散等进行治疗,观察组患者在此基础上联合使用布拉氏酵母菌进行辅助治疗,比较2组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的胃肠道症状评分为(0.8±0.2)分,明显低于对照组患者的(1.9±0.5)分,差异极有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组患者临床治疗的总有效率为91.00%(91/100),明显高于对照组患者的79.00%(79/100),差异极有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:布拉氏酵母菌辅助治疗腹泻型IBS,临床效果确切,值得推广。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the clinic efficacy of saccharomyces boulardii in adjuvant therapy of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome（ IBS）,so as to provide data support for the clinical application and promotion. METHODS： 200 patients with diarrhea-predominant IBS admitted to department of gastroenterology in Fujian Provincial Hospital from Jul. 2013 to Oct. 2014 were selected to be divided into control group and observation group via random number table,with 100 cases in each group. The control group only received compound Glutamine granules,smectite powder treatment,the observation group were additionally treated with the adjuvant therapy of combined use of saccharomyces boulardii based on the control group. The clinic efficacy in two groups were compared.RESULTS： After treatment,GSRS scores in observation group were（ 0. 8 ± 0. 2） scores,which were significantly lower than that in the control group [（ 1. 9 ± 0. 5） scores ],with extremely significant difference（ P 0. 01）; the total effective rate of observation group was 91. 00%（ 91 /100）,which was significantly higher than that in the control group[79. 00%（ 79 /100） ],with extremely significant difference（ P 0. 01）. CONCLUSIONS： The clinical efficacy of saccharomyces boulardii in adjuvant therapy of diarrhea-predominant IBS is effective,which is worthy of promotion.
