摘 要:目的:探讨孟鲁斯特钠与异丙托溴铵联合治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法:选择威海市立医院2013年3月—2014年12月收治的支原体肺炎患儿144例,以随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组各72例。所有患儿均给予常规内科治疗,在此基础上,对照组患儿给予复方异丙妥溴胺雾化吸入治疗;观察组患儿在对照组的基础上联合应用孟鲁斯特钠治疗。对比观察2组患儿的临床疗效、最大呼吸流量(PEF)、第1秒用力呼气容积占肺活量比值(FEV1/PVC)、退热时间、咳嗽消失时间及肺部罗音消失时间等指标。结果:观察组患儿的总有效率明显高于对照组[95.83%(69/72)相比86.11%(62/72)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的PEF、FEV1/PVC改善较对照组更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的退热时间、咳嗽消失时间及肺部罗音消失时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:孟鲁斯特钠与复方异丙托溴铵联合治疗小儿支原体肺炎,可有效改善患儿肺功能、减轻临床症状,取得了满意的临床治疗效果,值得推广。OBJECTIVE: To probe into the clinical efficacy of montelukast sodium combined with ipratropium bromide in treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children. METHODS: 144 children with mycoplasmal pneumonia admitted in Weihai Municipal Hospital from Mar. 2013 to Dec. 2014 were divided into observation group and control group via the random number table,with 72 cases in each group. All children were given conventional medical treatment. The control group received compound isopropyl bromide inhalation treatment,and based on which the observation group additionally received montelukast sodium. The clinic efficacy,peak expiratory flow( PEF),forced expiratory volume in one second for vital capacity ratio( FEV1/ PVC),abatement time of fever,cough disappearance time and pulmonary rales disappearance time and some other indexes were observed and compared in two groups. RESULTS: The total effective rate in higher than that in control group[95. 83%( 69 /72) vs. 86. 11%( 62 /72) ],the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). The PEF and FEV1/ PVC in the observation group had a significant improvement than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). The abatement time of fever, cough disappearance time and pulmonary rales disappearance time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). CONCLUSIONS: Montelukast sodium combined with compound ipratropium bromide in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children can effectively improve the lung function,relieve the clinical symptoms in children and has achieved a satisfactory clinical efficacy. It is worthy of popularization and application.
