氯碘羟喹乳膏联合窄波紫外线治疗糠秕孢子菌性毛囊炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨氯碘羟喹乳膏联合窄波紫外线治疗糠秕孢子菌性毛囊炎的临床效果。方法:选取2013年12月—2015年2月148例糠秕孢子菌性毛囊炎患者为研究对象,按抽签法分为观察组与对照组各74例,对照组患者采取窄波紫外线治疗,观察组患者采取外涂氯碘羟喹乳膏联合窄波紫外线治疗,比较2组的治疗效果及安全性。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为97.30%(72/74),对照组为75.68%(56/74),2组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率为8.11%(6/74),对照组为5.41%(4/74),2组的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:氯碘羟喹乳膏联合窄波紫外线治疗糠秕孢子菌性毛囊炎效果显著,安全性高,具有较高的临床治疗价值。OBJECTIVE： To probe into the clinical efficacy of clioquinol cream combined with NB-UVB in treatment of pityrosporum folliculitis. METHODS： 148 patients with pityrosporum folliculitis admitted into our hospital from Dec. 2013 to Feb. 2015 were selected as the study objects,and then were divided into observation group and control group via lot drawing method,with 74 cases in each group. The control group were treated with NB-UVB,and the observation group received clioquinol cream combined with NB-UVB,the treatment efficacy and safety were compared between two groups. RESULTS： The total efficiency of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group [97. 30%（ 72 /74） VS 75. 68%（ 56 /74） ],with significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of adverse reactions of observation group and control group were respectively [8. 11%（ 6 /74） and 5. 41%（ 4 /74） ],the difference was not statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS： The curative efficacy of clioquinol cream combined with NB-UVB in treatment of pityrosporum folliculitis is significant,which is of high safety and worthy of clinical treatment value.
