高效液相色谱法同时测定眠安宁合剂中橙皮苷和丹酚酸B的含量

摘　　要：目的：建立高效液相色谱同时测定眠安宁合剂中橙皮苷、丹酚酸B含量的测定方法。方法：采用inertsil ODS-3色谱柱（250 mm×4.6 m,5μm）;流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液（V∶V=23∶77）,检测波长284 nm,流速1.0 ml/min,柱温30℃。结果：橙皮苷进样量在0.180-2.340μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0.999 7）,平均加样回收率为100.13%,RSD为1.22%（n=6）;丹酚酸B进样量在0.189-2.454μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0.999 9）,加样回收率为99.71%,RSD分别为1.38%（n=6）。结论：本方法准确可靠,重复性好,可作为眠安宁合剂质量控制依据。OBJECTIVE： To establish the high performance liquid chromatography（ HPLC） method for the simultaneous determination of hesperidin and salvianolic acid B in mian＇anning mixture. METHODS： The column was inertsil ODS-3（ 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm）,with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid solution（ V∶ V =23∶ 77）,the detection wavelength was set at 284 nm,the flow rate was 1. 0 ml / min and column temperature was30 ℃. RESULTS： The injection volume of hesperidin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 180-2. 340μg（ r = 0. 999 7）,the average recovery was 100. 13% and RSD was 1. 22%（ n = 6）. Meanwhile,the injection volume of salvianolic acid B showed a good linear relationship in 0. 189-2. 454 μg（ r = 0. 999 9）,the average recovery was99. 71% and RSD was 1. 38%（ n = 6）. CONCLUSIONS： The developed method is simple,accurate and reliable with good repeatability and can be used as the basis of quality control of mian＇anning mixture.
