摘　　要：目的:探讨肿瘤专科医院药品精细化管理与药学服务模式,以提升药学服务能力和服务水平。方法:引入精细化管理理念,从人员管理、药品管理和药学服务模式方面入手,运用信息化手段将三者有机结合,为医患提供全方位的药学服务。结果与结论:使肿瘤专科医院的药学服务更加精细,药品管理更加规范,以全面提升药学服务能力和服务水平,确保临床用药安全、有效。OBJECTIVE： To probe into the delicacy management of medicine and pharmaceutical care mode in cancer hospital,so as to improve the ability and level of pharmaceutical care. METHODS： Delicacy management theory was introduced,the pharmacy work was proceed with personnel management,drug management and pharmaceutical care mode,these three different aspects were combined by information technologyto provide a full range of pharmaceutical care for patients and doctors. RESULTSCONCLUSITONS： In the cancer hospital,it is necessary to make the pharmaceutical care to be more sophisticated and the drug management to be more standardized so that the ability and level of pharmaceutical care would be entirely improved,which can ensure the safe and effective medication in clinic.
