严重原发性骨质疏松症患者中医生存质量量表的构建策略

摘　　要：目的编制评价严重原发性骨质疏松症患者中医生存质量多维度、多方面测评量表。方法以历代医家对骨质疏松症的经验辨证作为量表构想框架,各证型的诊断标准作为条目编制大纲,通过核心工作组讨论的形式确定量表条目池,采用专家重要性评分,以及采取初始量表对40例原发性骨质疏松症患者进行生存质量的实测后,t检验法、因子分析法、相关分析法等5种方法联合进行条目筛选,由保留条目构建量表测试版。结果形成由5个维度,8个方面,32个条目组成的初始量表。本初始量表的条目与各维度、总分间的相关分别为0.204-0.861、0.367-0.805,大部分条目都达到了0.4以上,达到优良水平。结论严重原发性骨质疏松症患者中医生存质量量表的建构基本符合理论要求,所含条目具有良好的独立性、敏感性和代表性,体现了一定的中医诊疗特色,达到了研制的要求。Objective To develop a self-administered quality of TCM（Traditional Chinese Medicine） life scale（QOL） for patients with serious primary osteoporosis. Methods The differentiation experience of doctors of past ages for osteoporosis was taken as the frame and the diagnosis criteria of different TCM syndromes as the outline of measuring scale. The item pool was established through group discus-sion. The theory and methodology in developing rating scale were employed to establish the instrument. The QOL data measured from ex-pert＇s importance ratings and 40 cases with severe primary osteoporosis were used to evaluate the scale. Results Formed the 32-item quality of life scale for severe primary osteoporosis, it included five domains. The correlation coefficients between itemsand the score of the scale and its subscales were 0.367~0.805 and 0.204~0.861, respectively, and almost of the items were exceed the limit 0.4. Conclusion The QOLS was developed according to our purpose, and met the need of psychometrics with character of TCM.
